Looking for that perfect healthy breakfast or snack? Try an avocado bowl with a smoothie. Preparing an avocado bowl is easy. Simply cut an avocado in half, remove the seed, add a dash of salt & pepper, and then take a small spoon and mix the avocado and salt & pepper inside the skin of the avocado and that's it. You don't even have to wash a bowl. There are lots of ways to make a smoothie but I personally like to blend ice, plain kefir, blueberries, kale (from the garden if you have one), flax seeds, and chia seeds. Bon Appetit!
